Experience:
I am mother to 2 adult sons. I have been a Foster Parent with the Ministry of Children and Family Development for 15 high-profile male youth over a 5 year period. I have raised teen step children. I graduated from the Early Childhood Education Program in 1989. I have a BA with concentrations in Child Development and Psychology. I have hosted over 100 international students in my home ranging in age from 12 to 19. I was employed as a homestay coordinator for a school district in BC and was responsible for the care of 120 long term students, simultaneously with groups of short term students.
